Hell of a gamble for nearly £200 of your hard earned cash i'd say. Given the price the quality is likely to be very poor (bad welds, bad fitment etc). Re-map needed after fit so maybe worth asking whoever you'll use for that... Chances are they will have seen similar and can give u pros & cons.

Check out cobra exhausts. Bit more expensive but worth the extra cash. I'm looking at getting one myself.

Just check the feedback, lots of the exhausts sold are negative and say had to cut or weld etc. Other than that yes there bad. Price says it all.

Ok, what about this then: http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog...oducts_id=1289

Would the fact it isn't de-catted nullify any point in my stage 1 remap, or will it still do the job?

Cheers

thats fine, a decat would release a bit more power but at standard tune it wont make a great difference

Cool, so I should still see around 260+ bhp after the EcuTek remap with this exhaust system?

i take it you have a blob wrx?

i would think thats about right give or take a few bhp.

emmaroids has a wrx bugeye, standard apart from decat and decat uppipe and it made 270 ish on rcms rollers after a remap

if you have a wrx then it will also have a cat in the uppipe which is easily replaced with an sti uppipe.
