You should be ok with a newage STI tmic for your needs bud. If you do want a fmic though Japspeed were doing a groupbuy on their fmic, not sure if it's still running?

Yeah was looking for a STi one, but just want to see the price difference and also the TMIC i have seen look knackered!
Would I get more lag from a FMIC?

Might add a bit of lag, but if mapped correctly then the difference will be pretty small, but having said that, I was sufficiently annoyed with the Autobahn88 "lag" that I went back to STI TMIC, and the drive was definitely better. I also noticed no performance drop on track days, so the STI TMIC is definitely good IMO (i.e. it doesn't heat soak when moving, as some would have you believe, as long as you've got the STI intercooler undertray too).

I'm now using the JapSpeed FMIC, not really sure why I changed, but anyway. For the money, the Japspeed kit is good.

Cheers for the info guys.

Will see if I can find a decent STi, if not I will maybe go for the JapSpeed.

Also most Sti Injectors are second hand now, so I have seen, can anyone recommend a set of new injectors I can use - STi are 550cc if i remember correct!?
