DO NOT use elephant.co.uk.
they are absolute muppets!!! My car was written off 3 weeks ago. My insurance policy was comin to an end anyway on the 18th May.
Not too long ago i recieved a quote from them through email of a renewal figure of £3000 !!!! Obviously i was never gonna take this up as thats just a silly figure to be paying for a saxo.
This morning i open the post and what do i find?? "Thank you for renewing your police with us."
What the **** were they thinking???
A) The car doesn't even exist anymore and they know this cos they are dealing with the claim for the write off.
B) I never gave them permission to take £3000 off my credit card.
The whole time they have been dealing with my claim they have been muppets and it took them over a week to sort me a hire car when the accident happened, and that was only after a huge argument on the phone.
basically i'm just warning you to stay away from them if you can. they are ok until you have an accident and actually have to use them. You have been warned!!!

I use them, pay £876 for fully comp on the scoob and then know it's fettled......had one claim, paid out straight away and got courtesy car delivered to my door the next morning, so maybe it's a case of you got a dodgey person or someone who didn't know what the hell they were doing dealing with your claim... ??? Only a thought.
