Default starting issues?? :(

Finished replacing my.engine after hg gone so brought running engine ej20 turbo(same type), ...charged battery for bit of mates car, bolted up. it started but very ruff idle, turned it off now want start again :'(....

Checked and all plugs are connected, so not sure what it is...?

may seem silly but iv got the standard plastic recirv valve, and the little plastic for small pipe has broken, have tryed to temp put on, but would this cause a issue?

i know not much to go off, proppa gutted as taken me a while todo, if any near to aldridge and has spare time, would be so appreciated

thanks in advance

I suggest you double check evry connector is on properly, if one is off or not pushed fully on then it may be the problem
