Default Decided to Remap the car

I use my 02 Sti Bugeye for a every day drive at the moment and got a bit fed up of the power delivery so i decided to take it to Silverstone Autosport to have it remapped. It is a standard car only a K&N Panel Filter on it so i was not sure if it would be worth the cost (Tbf the cost was a great price anyway) Before the map it was running 268Bhp After Graham managed to get it to 302Bhp which i was more than happy since it still has all the cats in place etc. I cant think of the exact torque figures atm but the car now drivers lovely it picks up easier and a alot smoother it feels a pleasure to drive.

Would like to thank Graham at Silverstone Autosports for a great service at a great price.

Also to any one who has a standard STI a remap is worth the money for drivability.

Yea and hopefully reduce the turbo lag further. I dont know if it is just me but the Standard Sti drivability for every day driving is crap.

Yea the silencer is after market it a more quiet one than standard one. Previous owner did this not me. Wouldn't of thought it would give any real bhp advantage over standard.

I also found off boost drive-ability was improved on mapping, especially from cold.

What's the deal with the standard exhaust? I've got a blob sti and after Xmas want to get it too the 320bhp minimum. What I'm gunna get is

Panel air filter (k&n)
Decat down pipe
Walbro fuel pump
And a remap,

will the standard sti exhaust system allow me to get 320bhp?!

Yea cold driving is really improved alot. Kinda hate working 7 miles away its probably only just getting the oil warm after 15-20 mins driving. :/
