Default HELP! Cheap Immobiliser!!

OK, so I drove the new car home today, dropped someone off on the way and stopped the car for 2 minutes. The central locking on the fob didn't open the doors, so i kept trying and eventually opened the locks with the keys.
BEEP!BEEP!BEEP!
Car obviously won't start and the alarm will only stop after 30 seconds. So I got a lift to a locksmith round the corner and he kindly changed the fob battery, still nothing. I've gone through the manual and recoded the fob and still nothing. Could it be the actual car battery, can cars with immobilisers be bump/jump started?.
How can I get the car started and home, so I can rip the alarm out and stamp on it repeatedly? Make is a "Serpi Star" Cat1 "Hisec".

maybe the car is getting interference from a local radio/telephone mast, maybe moving it down the road will allow you to start it.
it may help.

Cheers, but obviously can't move it without the alarm going mental.
I called a local mechanic and he said he didn't know, just rip it out!, but obviously the more you tamper with these the worse it makes it.

As said, if it's an early bugeye the alarm suffers with interference from nearby radio masts or IR door etc!
I know the alarm might go off, but just push it a few meters down the road & try the keyfob again!
Failing that, do you know the alarm key-code number? If so, just type that in & away you go!

Its an aftermarket alarm on a TypeR. No keycode number, the alarm was fitted ages ago and made by a company thats "dissolved".

As said above - Move The Car!!!

I had this happen due to radio interference .... Subaru shielded the alarm to cure it - but, moving the car just a few yards enabled me to open and start it.

Can you get a mate to tow it a few hundred yards?

Sorted. The car was in a built up area with people around I didn't want to see or hear what was going on. I got my mate to come and give us a tow, stopped, tried it again with no success. So I got it home, whipped off the siren and then started again. Batteries out of the car and the fob, put back on and recoded the fob, jobs a good-un.

How do you recode the fob? my car has done exsactly the same as yours. blue subaru fob wont work, the red flashing light on dash doesnt flash, and red flashing key light by speedo still flashes. changed batteries in fob, and car battery is new. any info would be greatly appreciated. Andy.

With mine you hold both buttons together, wait for a solid light then release.
