does anyone know if the boot lids on a blobeye and bug eye are the same. im buying a wrc style spoiler with the four slats in official one piece not the one where you slot them in. its attached to a bugeye boot lid .should it come straight off and fit flush on mine or am i better off respraying the whole boot lid and spoiler and swapping the whole thing .hence the do bugs and blobs use the same boot?

Yes are the same but bugs and early blobs had circular lock barrels instead of the later square ones so you may need to order a new barrel depending witch one you have. Got mine from a main dealer.
