I wish I was going but stuck on a 12hour shift.

Need to improve my 14.3 i got a few weeks ago, just couldn't get the start right.

 

its still a little cool so the best times wont come until mid day so you got time

 

I wish but don't finish work until 1800 and working in Watford so wouldn't get there until1930 at the earliest.

 

Nice seeing everyone today, was a pretty good day apart from the slippery track.

I did one run, launch was terrible. Track was so slippery I just spun all four wheels through first and into second, my 2.1 second 60ft shows just how crap the track was. Finally got some traction and ran a 12.7 at 115mph.
Sort of happy and disappointed at the same time, car ran great and didn't break but think its faster than a 12.7.

 

Was nice to meet you today MattyB and put some names to faces... Agreed the strip wasn't in the best condition... did two runs myself, 2nd run was a 5k launch and like you Matty span all four wheels although managed a 1.9 60ft and a 12.6 at 110mph - just beat you





I think mine will do 12.5 with better conditions, we'll have to have a head to head next year

Well done mate, just pipped me you bugger. Deffo have to have a head to head when conditions are better. We were just losing so much time at the start.
