Carbon Fibre Wings
Hi all,
I'm after a set of carbon fibre or possibly quality fibreglass wings for my 96STI. Must be good quality & a good fit don't mind if new or used. If anyone knows where I can get a sat please let me know.
Thanks Richard.

Having read this: https://www.scoobynet.com/wanted-18/...ont-wings.html
Are you wanting them for lightness? If so you will not get any lighter than the originals and they will be much cheaper! Lol.

Perhaps STI wings are not as good or perhaps I'm picky. It's not bad but I like my car to look mint & the bubbled paint on the lower wings annoys me. After having these done professionally a few years ago, i now think a non corroding material will be better.

Couldn't have had the correct protection, new wings should have a black etch coat to protect them, anti stop chip, then a wet on wet primer, then your paint, then clear coat. Then a wax. Unless there are bad stone chips the moisture shouldn't be able to corrode the wings
