Defi gauges how do you know if there real or fake

fake don't need a controll box to run ,normally come with clear fish tank hose for boost gauge and have diiferent oil pressure sender ,
there are lots of different fake/clone defi's out there some are not too bad and some are very bad
, not sure on the prices of real defi's ,
post the link up of the ones you are thinking of buying

Real defi have slots top and bottom of gauge for connectors,
Fake ones only have them on one bit of the rear.
