Default inercooler ??

been offered a wrx intercooler for my 2000 turbo will it fit and will it change much

Its the same. You want an Sti top mount, version 5/6 or a newage Sti if you want to change the mounts and add a bigger bonnet scoop.

Newage WRX intercooler would do nicely also.

and how would that newage wrx intercooler benefit my car just better cooling ???

a newage wrx intercooler is the same size as a version 5/6 sti intercooler so it has a bigger surface area than the one you're currently using. You wont benefit from fitting one unless you have it mapped with the new one on.

all these questions need to be in the technical section mate. You need to start using the search facility on here coz these questions have been answered a million times on here.
