head gasket
hi all started my classic impreza after refitting the inercooler and once it had warmed up gave it a couple of rev ups and it blew some coolant out of the expansion tank cap and the top radiator hose felt hard like it was pressurised, does this point towards a head gasket failure or is it something else at fault?
any ideas pleease
also if it is head gasket fialure is it a case of taking the engine out to replace the gaskets ?

Well went and got it sniff tested snd it passed no problem so had a look round and found the radiator cap is knackered ( not sealing on top of tank ) and the plastic expansion tank is leaking where the top half and bottom half meet. So new ones are ordered.
