Default Subaru Apprentice Programme

Hi all, we are currently trying to raise the profile of the Subaru Advanced Apprentice Programme to highlight the excellent talent we currently have.
As such we have a new facebook page:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Subaru...15962698440260

Or search for Subaru Isuzu Advanced Apprentice Programme.

The more likes we can get on this page the better.
Once fully up and running it will give an insight into what is covered by our learners and show what competitions etc our learners are involved in.

I appreciate this is an odd request but We need to give this programme the credit it deserves and get Subaru and its future talent recognised.

Hi Alan, I'll post this around on my travels. As a Technician For a Long Standing Subaru/Isuzu Dealer in Cumbria I can Honestly say the training that Subaru/Isuzu Uk devote there time to is Absolutely Brilliant & very worthwhile and can only assume this standard continues across to the Apprentice training too. Keep up the good work Guys

Thanks for this Rob, the more people that know the better.
We train from the same building using the same workshop as the adult technical trainers who as you say do a fantastic job. We are passionate about the brand and I honestly believe this is one of the best programmes of its kind.

Cheers

Alan

I suppose people are wondering, is this a paid apprenticeship and if so, how much?

I would like to give my support also to you
It would be nice if you had a display at the NBO 11 on 30 June 2013 to show your skills and tell the hundreds that attend what you actually do

This is a nationwide programme open to all Subaru dealers wishing to take on an apprentice, likewise anyone wishing to register to become an apprentice can do so on our Facebook page by following the link.
All apprentices are paid and study at the Subaru UK training centre in a series of one week blocks over a three year period. They spend the rest of the time completing a work based qualification in the network.

Thanks

Just to emphasise the quality we have on our programme at the moment; one of our third year learners is due to compete in the UK skills final at the NEC after beating off competition from 1200 competitors from all brands in a series of practical diagnostic tasks.

He is now in the final six and showing the knowledge that the next generation of Subaru technicians posses.
