dont we all keep answering the same questions for you... you cant change major componants such as turbos..injectors ect without requiring a remap.. if you want more power then go for what we have already told you in other threads you have posted..
full decat/sportscat exhaust system
decent panel filter
walbro 255 fuel pump
and a remap (ecutek)
should see you in the high 200's bhp wise.
if you want more (300+bhp) then add..
bigger turbo (vf34/35 for example)
bigger injectors (pink 550's)
STI TMIC (possably)
all this will need to be set up so remapping is a must!
if you want a dump valve dont go for bailey...vta requires a bung recirc doesnt.. dont block one of the pipes off if your sticking to the standard factory fit DV.
there! ...all questions answered in one post.

Yes you can just bolt on a bigger turbo but theres no point if it doesn't have supporting mods and a remap like said above.
I'd also factor in the engine's power limits and the gearboxes torque limit.

its just all your posts seem to be breaking down section of answers that have been given to you already lol (if that makes sense). oh and if you do decat your exhaust fully and choose not to remap you may get the CEL warning on your dash..therefor you will need to get it turned off by a garage if im not mistaken

yeah it seems if u are going to exshaust you wil need a remap almost immediatley to avoid any other problems gonna be pricey going to try and locate a decent second hand s/s exhaust locally and do it all the same day i have a few places in mind for remap in essex so gonna put some feelers out there and see if i can find a good reccomended remapper by other scooby owners ..thanks

look at www.jollygreenmonster.co.uk a very respected mapper who is mobile. look on ebay, for sale section on here or post in the 'wanted' section..always loads of exhaust systems up for grabs.
