Too cheap.

£1200 for a good long motor, and at that I think they are a bargain for an engine that will take 400+ ish power all day long.

Thanks guys thats more than i expected. Engine is great doesn't use a drop of oil has been serviced regularly, only reason its getting removed is for a stroker 2.35. Anyone interested it can be seen running and can be shipped on a pallet. Make me an offer

I totally agree, great engine and worth every penny of a grand if it's sweet.
But, they just don't sell very well.

Sold my JDM big port heads for £600 and the short engine for £950 so might be worth splitting.

I paid £1000 for a 2005 short motor with 50k on it which I think was well worth it so anything above or maybe worth while splitting as dbrad said

hi steve well to put it into perspective for you as you are a good customer, we all ways sell these long engines for £1400 plus and they do not hang about you have probably seen how many newage sti's we have had in lately and we currently only have 1 complete engine left in stock shorts motors should do £950 and uk sti heads should do £400, if we sell out and i need one i shall give you a shout and pass on your details, so if i was you don't take any less than £1250 buddy your engine is in the right place as a buyer will be not just be taking your word for it being a good engine as i am sure alan and martyn have heard it running before removing and could vouch for it in some way

scott..
