Walbro fuel pump

The only reason to change would be if your standard pump was becoming worn or faulty and it would need the fueling checked if this was the case, I would have thought your mapper would have raised this with you.
The standard subaru fuel pump in good shape would support any mods on a standard wrx engine. My standard pump maxed at 420hp on 650 injectors, this on a 2.5 forged build.

Shaun,
thought bug would be similar to the blobeye, circa 190LPH?
I inadvertently found the limit of my standard blobeye pump (which for the past 4 years I thought it was a walbro 255, as fitted and paid for to a Mr Chris Davies), injectors maxed the pump but then fitted a RCM 350 and car made 441.6hp at 83%IDC.

Fuel Pumps don't suffer age related failure - or, in fact, any failure!!
If you listened to the hobbyists on here you would go to bed crapping yourself - believe me, you are absolutely fine with the Fuel Pump you have!!
