Default paypal load of w#nk

recently bought a item off ebay that when turned up and fitted didnt work, item was returned but never refunded so started a dispute and now dispute has been closed am i still dont get a refund.

Cant understand why they closed it as you have 45 days did they not give a reason ehy they closed it

Possible cause: you didn't "escalate" the complaint, which would leave the end decision with eBay.

If you decide to open a dispute, be aware that you must open it within 45 days of the date you made your payment, and that you and the seller will have 20 days to work things out.

And if you choose to escalate your dispute to a claim, you must do so within 20 days of opening the dispute, or it will be closed automatically.

Did you escalate the claim ? You may still be able to go to your card provider if you pay through paypal using a credit or debit card.

Try to contact them and explain the situation. They usually answer email within 24 hours.
