3port boost soliniod???

Where does the top outlet on a 3port boost solinoid connect to?
I seem to have nothing connected to it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Top goes to the turbo

Middle goes to the actuator

Bottom goes to the intake box/pipe or to atmosphere depending on your setup
