Default Isle of man scooby time trial

Guys did anyone ever find out what had been done to the car, on that fast lap by mark on the isle of man

Did they change a lot of stuff or was it just a remap

Pistons etc

Loveto know if they changed the pistons , no reason to take engine out unless somethings been changed orrrr do they have to do that to add rally exhaust ?

I noticed the circuit inspector has a saloon sti, was on the tv last night with Jamie Whittam in the passenger seat.

the car was was fairly standard apart from a little remapping and safety stuff, the brakes and sussy were standard sti stock. The BRZ we have done is stripped out with a suspension change...but standard engine.

Average of 115mph, not bad. What do the big bikes lap at?

ye James is on the mark at 130. the sti actually achieved 119 but the time wasnt allowed. in the last run the average was 127 between start and ramsey. after some thought and testing 135/138 is prob achievable but it will be a different Subaru not an sti. we been out testing BRZ this week.

Its 200bhp so diff beast, bet its fun to drive, id have it over an mx5 hehe
