Default Discs and Pads

Can anyone recommend some replacement discs and pads for a standard 04 WRX.

It has the calipers with Subaru on if that is any help.

Thanks

From personal experience I would recommend you go with Godspeed braking components.

http://www.godspeedbrakes.co.uk/

Ian offers good products at good prices, he is a trader on here and is very helpful, give him a try.

Just had a look and I think the price is ok. Unfortunately the wife doesn't!! She was expecting to pay about £80 for discs and pads not £170! SHe's used to buying parts for fords off ebay. Had a look on egay but a bit worried about quality of the stuff on there.

To be honest tell your wife to **** off , if she'd like to use the vehicle in front to brake then that is up to her.

Contact Ian as he always has deals on his products like the group buys he does on here, just contact him it will only cost you a phone call.

Think I will. Not brave enough to tell the wife that though

Ask her if you're allowed to ask her, and then run for cover.

Seriously though, brakes and tyres are one area you shouldn't skimp on when owing an Impreza.

Another vote for Ian at Godspeed. Mine has been on Ian's pads and discs almost from new.

These APEC items should do just fine to at least match the performance of original Subaru parts. I've been using these on my 2005 WRX and absoultely no problems at all for road use. If you're doing track days or driving like an idiot on public roads then then there are loads of other options to take your cash!!

She was moaning about the postage so I will let her know the deal. Women are never happy

I'll give you a ring tomorrow as she has decided to go and look at a car tonight which could swallow up a big chunk of cash
