Default Fuchs Titan - Demonoils - £22.99

Got 1 of these recently - actually 5 litre can rather than 4 litres as advertised. Good quality SM graded oil. 5W30 as recommeded by Subaru for my 2005 WRX unmodded. Really pleased with Demonoils and a whole lot cheaper then Opie oils - well that's not difficult!!

Fuchs direct tried to sell me a 5w30 for my classic but they failed to take into consideration that my engine is no longer new and has a lot of miles. What I needed was a 10w40.

It's the equivalent of basic semi-synthetics such as Comma, Carlube etc.
Most on here wouldn't use it even in pretty standard engines. Don't get me wrong, it's a good oil and perfectly fine for the vast majority of modern engines but if you use the performance of your Subaru, it would perhaps be wiser to use at least a quality 5/40 minimum.
