HELP what plugs into this socket HELP

Have a sti v7 and my windows will not go up or down
Dose any one no what should be plugged into this socket

ANY HELP WOULD BE GOOD

I'm 99% sure that connector is not used for anything other than during factory test.

I seem to recall that the power windows can stop working due to a failed circuit breaker, which is in a white cover, clipped to the bottom of the fuse box in the picture.

Worth a look, anyway?
