pretty easy but may need to remove the rad to get at the pulley easier

you dont need rad out !, its a 20 min job even without a crank pulley tool.

i said MAY to help with ease of access but it is a pretty simple job.

nice find, when i had mine fitted i noticed a nice (although small) improvement in throttle response over the standard pulley

belt off ,unbolt pulley , take off , pulley on ,bolt on , belt on , done!
