have you got "this seller requires payment within 24hrs of listing end" on your items ?

hasnt happened to me yet , other than no word back for 5 days from a guy , but i just told him he'd have to wait till i had the time again to post ! Made him wait the same amount of time before i posted and havent heard since ! Sent him a email asking if he got it yet and to leave feedback , no reply !

Report him for non-payment and sell to the next highest bidder - can't neg feedback him but he'll get a non-payment strike and you'll get your final value fees back.

think its a bit of a lottery TBH.

not everyone is retarded though. I sold 2 £10.50 items with free postage. Cost £7 to post ! So i explained to the buyers that if i had known i would just have thrown the thing in the bin and if thy would mind paying a fiver towards the postage. . . . and to their credit , BOTH paid up.

Yep, raise a dispute. After a few days he'll get a non payment strike, you'll get your fees back then you can relist. In the past though some tw*t negged me before the dispute ran its course even though it was him refusing to pay up after winning

You can get -ve feedback removed if it's inaccurate - I've had it done after a buyer did it to me despite him not paying
