Default robbing dealers

needed a cheap clutch and bought a techniclutch one, tuned out to be an exedy plate, had to use my original cover and the one they sent me was no good, clutch was fitted at scooby parts in fleetwood, techniclutch said to semd it back to them so i did and now its been 2 months and they keep messing me aroumd i was tolld 3 weeks ago my check was in the post and guess what....
i didnt recieve one! ebery time i ring they dont have a clue about whats going on and promice a call back which no one ever does!
i no techniclutch are crap i leaent my lesson, but what can i do anout my refund? contact a solicitor? i have emails from them confirming they will give me a full refund

perhaps a threatening letter will assist ?

Best of luck with the outcome but usually buying cheap has it's consequences. hopefully a lesson learned but how these guys are still in business??

had simular all i did is spoke to citizen advise they told me to write a letter they told me what to say and give them 2 wks to pay or this will go further and there business will close if they did not pay i got it back plus compo give it ago or try trading standards

just spoke to them and they said, you will recieve a check in yhe next few weeks, so we will see
