my xxr's have arrived :)
my xxr 527 arrived today well 3 of them have, waiting for delivery on the 4th tomorrow, trying to contain my excitement at work all day rushed home for a trial fit here is the results

i had to import the wheels from america as nowhere in the uk has them in stock at the moment and im an impatient B*****d but one rim is still waiting to be delivered for some reason, they fill the arches spot on, now to decide on tyres

i rang every every where in the uk and no where had any for months so ended up buying them from us. ordered them Monday night arrived today. and it only cost me extra 60 quid all in all.

yeah i did try revolution i spoke to Keith really nice guy helped me out. with all the info i needed he thought he had a set in stock but he later found he didn't and was gettin any in fir a month or so. think im going to go 255 35 18 in regards to tyres im pretty borderline on being flush so don't want no rubbing issues

You may need to get your arches chopped and go wide

strange i done a test fit with 9 et 20 235 tyre no rubbing what so ever. you are aware is got 22b arches on tony. im pretty sure ill get away without having to do too much arch work ill dial in some camber too if need be.

255/35/18 are going to look really stretched on 9.75" wide rims.
255/35/18 look like my 245/40/18 on a 8.5" rim because the smaller profile is made up by the larger tread width. I saw this when I tried them. I opted for my 245's because they were an easier size of Vredestiens to source.
See if you can try the tyre on the rim before committing.

im running 215 on an 8" rim at the moment that's a tiny stretch noting out the norm. i used a website called willtheyfit.com to work out what tire would work out to the same stretch small stretch as i have at the moment. it worked out that 255 was the closest take a look its a good website very handy
