Very nice, they are lovely wheels:thumb:

14N-FR 09 March 2012 09:58 PM

Get some chunky tyres on them! No stretched nonsense!

I am only running 18x8.5 Rota Gravels but I am running 245/40/18 tyres to fill the arches.

adam knight 09 March 2012 09:59 PM

i rang every every where in the uk and no where had any for months so ended up buying them from us. ordered them Monday night arrived today. and it only cost me extra 60 quid all in all.

Nice I think they would be nice gunmetal or black tho :)

KrisBuc 10 March 2012 09:23 AM

Did you try revolution Motorsport for the wheels remember seeing they stocked them but obviously to late for you now nice choice the look spot on

adam knight 10 March 2012 11:36 AM

yeah i did try revolution i spoke to Keith really nice guy helped me out. with all the info i needed he thought he had a set in stock but he later found he didn't and was gettin any in fir a month or so. think im going to go 255 35 18 in regards to tyres im pretty borderline on being flush so don't want no rubbing issues

stedee 10 March 2012 11:43 AM

run some flared arches - lol

What do you mean no rubbing issues? :lol1: think you may be too late for that ;) they look like they will rub anyway, they rub on 225's let alone 255's
You may need to get your arches chopped and go wide :(

Tony:)

adam knight 10 March 2012 01:08 PM

strange i done a test fit with 9 et 20 235 tyre no rubbing what so ever. you are aware is got 22b arches on tony. im pretty sure ill get away without having to do too much arch work ill dial in some camber too if need be.

prodriverules 10 March 2012 01:15 PM

and just to let folk know the BBS reps are mine:p:D

14N-FR 10 March 2012 01:28 PM

255/35/18 are going to look really stretched on 9.75" wide rims.

255/35/18 look like my 245/40/18 on a 8.5" rim because the smaller profile is made up by the larger tread width. I saw this when I tried them. I opted for my 245's because they were an easier size of Vredestiens to source.

See if you can try the tyre on the rim before committing.

adam knight 10 March 2012 01:51 PM

im running 215 on an 8" rim at the moment that's a tiny stretch noting out the norm. i used a website called willtheyfit.com to work out what tire would work out to the same stretch small stretch as i have at the moment. it worked out that 255 was the closest take a look its a good website very handy

Ah wasnt aware you had those arches, you should be ok then ;) still it will be close, wouldnt go stretched though, you may also want some tyres with rim protection as those dont look cheap wheels :(

Tony:)
