Default Trying to find a blob sti

Hi all I did post a thread here a while back when I was looking for a hawkeye but due to a few problems at home I'm now looking for a blob sti my only problem is I have a 58 plate mk5 Astra 1.6 sxi 29000 miles to trade in I've been offered £5800 for it as a trade in but the garage I went to didn't have the car I'm looking for I have listed my car for sale but really want the scooby now so does anyone know of any blobs at dealers that will p/x my car also I can prob put £1000 cash with the deal too any help or links will be very much appreciated or if anyone on here fancys a swap pm me

Try pistonheads for a dealer that might be off some help ring around a few that you fancy and see if a deal can be done.

Have you tried advertising your Astra ?

You'll be in a far better position going equipped with cash when buying a car

Offer the astra out for sale at the trade in price anyone looking for one will be on the phone and as long as its a straight genuine car then I am sure it will shift quickly

Cheers fella I've done that it's up for £6k but obviously I'd take £5.8k. I wanted the scooby now lol I hate waiting but this time it looks like my only option

ha i know that feeling, out of curiosity if you want it gone so quick depending on what it owes you etc why dont you let it go a little less if that makes sense obviously depending on what they sell for private

Average current value is around £7k but I've just had to pay £8650 a few days ago to clear the finance so I own the car now. I wanted to buy a scooby with the money I had but then I would of been paying for two cars so I had to clear the finance on mine first. I'll post some pics in the morning
