Lightbulb metasat

Car is going in on Monday to have new front grill, scuff on front bumper and a couple of plastic retainers fixed after some norbert reversed into the front of my car when he was parking. All being done through the other guys insurance. Still, it came some some 800 odd quid. I would hate to know how much repairs cost if there was some serious damage.

Should I bother setting my metasat to warn me if it goes over 40mph or should I just forget about it all and give the audi a5 sportback courtesy car a few days of excitement?

Richie.

I always set speed limits on the MetaSat, when the RB is in for work/service!

I would set it mate. Does the speed command still work if the system is set in service mode?

Not sure, according to the manual the system becomes de-activated when in service mode.

Think i'll just tell them i've got it turned on and monitored to hopefully put them off giving it a raz. There should be no need to drive it away from their place tbh when fitting a grill and giving the bumper a 'blow' over. At the end of the day though, its a car and it can cope with a burn up no problems, but I don't want it abused.
