What brake are yellow sti injectors good for on a 1993 classic I have supporting mods, just wondering what they will max out at?

There's a table here which gives values running at 100% which isnt recommended. Around 80% of those values is about right. I guess the injectors you have are 440's

I was told they were 440cc when I bought them.

Then they will max out at around 320, but I'm sure you'll see others on here have made more/less depending what pressure they're running at.

From what I've gleaned on here, between 325-340 odd - at std 3bar set pressure.

Depends how 'lucky' you are.

But always plan around the worst figure - that way it'll help in deciding whether you need to 'trade up' to 550cc or greater...

Which turbo/IC combo do you plan to use?

My turbo has been upgraded but I'm not sure what model it is I no its and ihi and it's huge there is no model number marked on it. Its a lot bigger than a standard td05 the problem I have at the moment is the previous owner didn't plan the mods well and I'm left to pick up the pieces!!!

He done the usual full decat, bigger turbo, air filter then a plug in Ecu chip, he melted pistons and all sorts I have rebuilt the engine with forged pistons, stronger rods, apexi Ecu so it can now take quite a bit power and Im hopefully getting it mapped by jolly green monster on Friday, I'm just wanting to make sure that I get the most out of its remap. I bought the yellow injectors hoping they would be better but it look like I should have went bigger!!!

I just have a standard top mount intercooler I have heard on here ther good for about 350-370 I'd like to get it there if I can!!

If it's that much of a monster then 440's are most likely going to be too small. I'm sure JGM will give you best advice on what will suit your car injector or turbo wise.

if it has IHI stamped on it, it will be a VF turbo of some description, you need to identify which to be of any help, i would suggest you look for a set of 550's if i were you (good for around 380) If you have the standard slanty top mount intercooler, that really needs to be changed, they struggle at the best of times, either upgrade to a later type intercooler or go front mount.

probably the front of the car behind the bumper

sorry couldnt resist lol

440cc injectors max at 340-350 bhp depending on the rest of the car set up but as said the slanty top mount will restrict it most.
