Exclamation

Joey I just sold my M3 back to a dealer after 7 months and lost £500.
Now thats better.
Read my appraisal on the STI7.
It is a very good car but needs the PPP to make it what it really should be and then youre looking at a £30K Jap car again.
For just over that I have a 330 saloon with every trimming you can get.
Please dont start going on about drivers cars and all that cos for me its pounds shillings and pence that counts.
I am used to a more luxurious package and to me thats what is important.
If I want thrills I use my old mates Skyline and that in my opinion is the ULTIMATE drivers car and I should know cos I have driven a few.
What people need to realise is we dont all buy the same cars.
To sumarise I would say that the STI 7 is everything I wish my P1 was.

The scary thing is back in the 80's when old clive sinclair came out with that ridiculous c5 we all pissed ourselves and rightly so, but look at that thing ( its no better and 15 years later !! ) and smart cars ( WTF is that all about ) that guy was ahead of his time in his design of 'gay' cars !!

is it not perfect? you get protected from the worst of the weather, it must be cheap to run?, it will get through traffic quicker, parking must be easy? whats the problem?

Tiggs

ps- if you do a huge stoppie can you roll it right over and carry on going- cause that would be wickid!

Arron,

So what happened to the STi7?? I was looking forward to you constantly moaning about it after you had it for a while and then moaning about the fact that you couldn't even give it away when it came to selling it!

When I looked at the price of a 330 it seemed to me that once you specced it up with all the options you wanted, you might as well have an M3 (which comes with all the options).

Cool

ARRON BIRD,

I definitely won't go on about drivers cars as I think you have exactly the same opinion of Subaru's as me. To be honest with you after reading about your experiences with the P1 I am surprised you even set foot in a Subaru Dealers, let alone considered buying one!

Subaru look and learn
However I must still say a big thankyou to Subaru for letting me thrash the STI a week or so ago at Prodrive live.
