I didnt get an owners manual with my car and im trying to source one now (2003 wrx blob eye) - but theres a button on top of the steering column which just seems to turn the 4 sidelights on, what is the purpose of it bearing in mind turning the lights stalk once does exactly the same?

First of all, i did search on Google AND on this forum and couldnt find any information on it, hence the question. Secondly, it clearly states i dont have an owners manual so i couldnt refer to that. I'll remember to never ask anything ever again and instead use Google, if i fail to find an answer i'll just hope for the best rather than asking those in the know, afterall, that's how a forum grows into a community isnt it!?

That button is to operate the pistons ejector seat! DONT TOUCH
