V5 log books for imports
What does yours say? Never noticed before but all mine says is:
Manufacturer - Subaru
Model - Impreza
... but doesnt specify that its a WRX, is this right?
Has the engine CC correct and chassis numbers etc

yeah i confront the dvla about this and they said i would have to talk to subaru and get more info from them to get the correct model code as it not on our jap log books , i just dont think they can read jap lol well i said ive got more chance of getting blood out of a stone then getting any usefull info from subaru

So what would be the stance for an insurance company if it was insured say a WRX and you actually had an STI?
As am sure there only a handful of Imprezas that are 100% as they came out of the factory, someone not in the know could think theyre getting an WRX and end up with an STI (or vice versa) and end up insuring the wrong car
