sc400 or house
right just about to buy another house to rent out with this month commission but i've just seen a sc400 for under 40k but how to i convince the wife it would be a better buy than the house ?

House all day long. Will appreciate in value ... eventually.... and the Cosworth which won't is a hatch which is one of the ugliest cars ever made and in Cosworth guise one of the most overpriced.

If you can afford the car and you want it then get it, run for 6 months then sell, wont lose all that much and as i said if you can affford it...........................

not getting the car yet still want one but like the mrs said to me today it's not going to be any quicker than my classic witch she would make me sell at a massive loss

Don't understand why people are mad on buying solar panels to recover the cost of them takes that long if your over 50 will be dead before you break even but to answer your question get the house and use the rent to finance a hawk spec c and get a lm400 fitted best of both worlds then

Get the cosworth bought
40k in the bank gives you £19 a week interest which you could fritter away on lunch every week l
If your property and cash portfolio is strong enough ,get the cosworth it's worth it just for the feel good factor and when you open the garage every morning and see it then drive it ,well that's what's life is all about
No point in being the richest man in the graveyard if you don't spend it your kids will

Government initiative .........i've heard of a few people that they generate enough electricity the board actually credit them money as there putting power back into the grid.
