Hi all

My mechanic has informed me that the above has a split in it and needs replacing.

I have been told best to go for an uprated one rather than replace with standard.

My car is a 97 Type R and this one is for sale which came off a MY00.



Does anyone know if it will fit?


Desperate to get my car back so if anyone can help I really would appreciate it!

MY00 intake pipe will be different compared to the Type R intake. Very slight difference which will cause fitment issues.

that is the same pipe i have on my99 model not sure if 98 and before are diffrent pipes

That is the inlet off a 99/00 as fitted to my car ,it will fit on to your version 4 car apart from the fact that you are missing 1 breather hose which is normally located just in front of where the jubilee clip joins to the metal piece of pipe.
