I'm new, mica red 02 bug wrx
Hi, this is my first post, hope it's in the right section!
Have'nt had the car long.
Mods are to date, Roger Clark Motorsport full exhaust, no pre cat, Forge BOV, STI pink injectors, VF35 turbo, Strut brace, Tein springs, Jollygreenmonster remap & few other bits & bobs.
I'm based in Northamptonshire, anyone else near?
Will try to get some pic's up soon.

Welcome mate, better not show my friend emma your car, she'd love a red mica bug, especially with 300+ bhp which you must have on a vf35.
Is it the red one with black wheels that was on ebay for a while?

It had silver OEM wheels, they are black now! I've also got smoked jewel side repeater & reflectors, black de-tangoed head lamps, ect,.
Thank-you all for the warm welcome, this seems a more friendly Subaru forum than others I've seen.

Nice to see another 'localish' bug nots tuned up a bit, welcome along. I sometimes go to RWYB at pod, perhaps have to come along some time, probably next year now though.
As for being friendly try saying you got 450hp from an ebay turbo with no remap and original gearbox and that you did 74.5mph on the motorway once without declaring any of the mods to your insurance company

I'm happy enough with the car at the moment & want to keep the sleeper looks. Next year I'll have a freshen up & paint the front end, rear
bumper & side skirts. I've seen some same models with body coloured skirts & some without?
I need a new remap as the last one was done in 2009. Are induction kits worth the gains & expense or am I better off with my green cotton panel filter & stanard air intake?

Sounds silly but I just decided to buy this one, one day when I saw the colour of it in the picture!
Been looking around for a few months & most were wr/mica blue. I originally wanted royal velvet blue to be different.

All Bug WRX's left the factory with black sidesirts and colour coding is usually one of the first things done
