Don't know if this is news or not, but on my way to Days of Chelmsford Saturday, (in between Little Waltham and Days)I saw a green BMW 530i had pulled some kid on his 125 and seemed to be inspecting his bike.
Either they where having fun on the way to a fancy dress party, or it was an unmarked car.
