predicted results
hi,anyone want to guess the power and torque of my car......remap on thursday next week.......
1998 sti type r
freshly built jdm sti 8 short block
v4 type r heads(fully refreshed)
vf24
h&s sports cat downpipe
h&s backbox
oe resonated centre section.
walbro
440s
3 port
hybrid fmic
rcm induction
ngkpfr7b plugs
apexi power fc.
hoping to see over 300 in both power and torque.

thats a good question,i think they can only run around 1.3 bar and also forgot to add it will be mapped for super unleaded(97) rather than v power so this may also affect results.
it seems a little strange that the figures predicted so far vary so much.

ive always found what ever figures you expect to get,the turn out has always been slightly less which is a bit annoying.
hopefully i wont be dissapointed as i know if it didnt hit 300 i would be
as long as it hits 300+ then thats ok
roll on 320 please.

It will make 300 chap.
And if it didn't it really doesn't matter. You've got a really nice car there with the potential for lots of power in the future. At 300 with that box you'll have loads of fun. But you will want more at some point and that my friend is a certainty. You've already started on the slope to poverty, it only gets steeper from here, lol.
