Default White dials ??

Currently got these in my classic,

Look good in day time but as you can see from the pic below at night time the gauges are white and heater controls glow green.

Is there anything our there for sale that will make the controls glow white.

Could you change the bulbs? Or is there a green filter you could change?

Heater controls are a bulb through a filter. Getting them off to get to it isn't that easy, but can be done, ask on here, mine's not got A/C.

Then you could try removing the filter, allowing the bulb to glow white, but it could end up too bright, which would start the search for a lesse wattage bulb, or something to reduce brightness.

TBH, is it worth it? My Defis glow a different green to my dash lights. Also, the defis needle centres are black, the dash ones aren't. Or vice-vers, can't remember. Not been bothered to do owt about it.

Its not a major issue to be honest, was just thinking if it was an easy fix I'd do it. Would just smarten up the interior a bit. If it's a ****** of a job like you say I'll probably just live with it, car doesn't get driven in the dark very often anyways to be honest.
Actually worked out this morning how many miles I've covered in the last year. 1900 lol, and it's had 3 services in that time..

Ive just bought the exact same thing off flea bay, you can choose the colour of the illumination, i got blue ones
Changing the bulb doesnt work, as the colour is actually on the dials not the bulb
