if she has a wrx the mini D2s or the mini H1 will fit without any modifying....
but you do need to open up the headlight...
depending on your choice of bulb and balast you should be looking at 270-310 dollars...

Their just some after market CCFLs in white (approx £10)

i had some but after i broke one puting it in it was either put it all back and wait for a new one or carry on without....
