Firstly, why do you think you need one? That car would need some pretty strong tuning to need one. 400bhp or more?

Secondly, you do know that if you fit one, you will almost certainly need a cone filter, which can b*gger up the MAF on those cars.

Also, fitting one would need a map tweak. Have you figured that in?

If you still want one, the guy to contact is Harvey Smith, he posts on here as harvey, he will advise as to if you need one, and if so, which sort. They can also fit it.........I recommend it, just cuting the bumper right takes best part of two hours if you know what you are doing

Harvey may be away at the moment, so be patient. DO NOT jump in and buy from e-bay.

LOL @ Al,

Scaremongering aside. Harvey is your man. The Hybrid intrcooler is excellent value for money, very good quality and will cope with 700bhp no problem.

Generally on your car there are gains to be had from an efficient FMIC at 320 bhp and up over. There are the choice of two kits, both efficient tube and fin cores with all pipework, joiners and clamps. The GT is £335 and the GT2 is £375. At your power level they will both do the same job, the GT2 has slightly bigger end tanks and would be the choice for high power applications.
We fit for a fixed price of £185 same day by appointment.
Regardless of what you buy, avoid bar and plate cores which are heavier and will have a greater pressure drop across the core.
