ok - remove battery , increase tyre pressures to 50 psi,
cover with sheet/cover.
Any other tips for 3 months in store?

If it was me,and the car was not being moved for 12 weeks,I would take the wheels off and put the car on axel stands. Also I would put plastic bags over the discs and hubs,as they rust badly even when garaged.Leave the car almost empty of fuel, and fill up on your return. Also if I lived where you live I would put a plastic bag over the exhaust aswell, youve got some nastey big crawlies over there Something may nest in it
PS cover with a breathable sheet(ie cotton)and not a plastic one they trap the moisture in

As above and make sure you leave it out of gear and handbrake off. Might be worth checking for stuff you may have forgotten, ie that stray apple core you've been meaning to chuck don't fancy finding that after 3 months

Question

I thought that you should leave the tank full as it may rust inside on a low level?

Are you worried about security or the cars condition after 3 months??

For security you'll want to hide it in a garage preferably with someone who can keep an eye on it, immobilise by whatever means possible etc...

Protection wise, maybe bung an old sheet over it and don't wrench the handbrake on but that's all that's required.

I'ts a car FFS, thay sit outside dealers or on airfields for ages without any problems and it's only three months, the only problem that might arise is a flat battery and that's not really a biggie.
