Default Not my week

Well after the missus managed to scrape the bumper on a high curb (of which i shall get pics up for your amusement) i managed to drive on some freshly painted yellow council markings (not marked with a wet paint sign ).

The problem now is the paint is on the sidewall of the tyre, would using standard paint thinners effect the compound of the rubber or would it be ok?

As per title not my wee

Thinners will work just wash it off afterwards with plenty of water when done and do not get it on the paintwork, if you do then again, plenty of water to wash off.
