Cool

Hi,

Just a quick question for you all. I have recently had the joy of a little addition to the family, the only trouble is that I now need to start blocking out the lovely sun shine from the rear seats on my car. I have had a look around and seen several blinds with Winnie the Pooh etc etc on, but.....

Does anyone know if you can get hold of sun blinds/shades that have Scooby-doo on, or has anyone seen any other good ideas???

I have been looking for Scooby Doo sun blinds for the last couple of months, and found nothing. I have even spoken to a blind manufacturer but they could do nothing as they need a license from Warner Bros. All I know is that with the new Scooby Doo film coming out there is going to be a new line of merchandise which may include sun blinds. I have had to settle for the Tweenies for know :-(

Same problem here too. My brother had a Merc and got some very smart black ones that fitted the window shape exactly - I've searched the web, including Japanese sites and all I could find was a load of ****. Think I'll have another look tonight.

Very good Yoza.

Do tinted windows actually protect your nearest & dearest from those harmful rays ? Anyone know a web site, perhaps in the north west, that gives details ?

Can't help with any Northern suppliers but....
light tint UV block c.90% Heat block 35%
mid tint UV block c.95% Heat block 43%
pimp tint (rear only) UV block c.98% Heat block 49%

These figs came from very rep. fitter down South and I'm going
to fit tints all round b4 the summer arrives here.
Cheaper than air-con and good for security too.

My wife's Jeep has tints and they work really well. The kids always moan about my car being too bright when the sun is out, but I just don't like tints on a silver car - the Jeep is black and IMHO looks the dogs with black windows.
