Red face

My MY00 was parked in an underground car park for a few days and, yeah the pipes (i think for a/c) leaked on my passenger door.

Does anyone know whats the best product to get this crap off my car.......looks like just a wash could damage the rest of the paint work as the limescale has gone hard.

PLEASE HELP

The best person to ask would be the Wax Wixard, Ie Mark underwood, I;'m sure he'll pop his head up soon.

I don't know what it would do to your paintwork but vinegar removes limescale as it's a weak acid and limescale is alkali.

WonderWheels wheel cleaner or similar - just make sure you wash it off with lots of clean water afterwards.

I had a car go into the dealer for a windscreen leak, evidently they had sprayed the front of the car windscreen with water and left it to bake dry in the sun....thanks alot, they had'nt dried oit off afterwards, all over the bonnet and glass!!

When I got home the crud was so baked on I honestly thought that the car had been parked next to the spray booth and paint dust had dried onto it!! Nothing would shift it, then I tried some wonderwheels wheel cleaner which did the business. Just make sure you wash it off properly with lots of water afterwards...
