this was before 
this is the centre conpartment lid which i have made into i-pod touch holder for head unit 
also sprayed a clear i-pod case from the inside to match .

center caps sprayed from chrome to satin black , cleaned up the grub screws and fitted carbon effect logos.
painted pin surround to match bonnet and fitted with rivets , and made the wires from brake cable,shrink tube and o-ring crimps ! total of £2.50 diy wtf

they do look like nose rings dont they 
they will be shortened quite a bit actually , but i cant do it at the moment as the bolt i'd like to undo to fit them has rounded !!
they are far better short
