Anyone using PIAA horns ?
Are they any good ? and where from please

Yep, had the same pair for 5 years and very happy with them, make sure you get the pair with a high and a low tone, no pref on supplier but should be sub £30, demon tweaks, scoobyparts etc.

I got some air horns from Halfords, been on around 8 years. One of the tubes fell off once.

Real easy to fit, I did it fine, take your time make it a neat job.
Had them on for about 4yrs, still going well.

Thanks for that. Do u have to take the grill off? I'm no mechanic but no fool. Will I be ok??

Yes the grill needs to come off, 3 or 4 top clips, and 2 hidden ones at the bottom, release each one in turn and pull gently as its plastic.
Once off it gives you plenty of working room.
same thoughts as you before I did it, even if it takes you a few hours its not problem, its not a race.

only problem I've had since they've been fitted is that no-one has cut me up so I've only used my horn twice times in 8 months

dead easy to fit mate like darren says just make it neat there is plenty of extra wire you can cut off

you'll be fine mate as long as your current horn is working? mine wasn't and it turned out that the wire inside the steering wheel boss was broken that gave me a headache, as long as yours are working it is just plug and play

Push down on em with a screwdriver, they just clip out.

I have them fitted in behind my grill too.
Good horns & a 100 times better than the OE horn.
