had my03 wrx mapped today by the man himself and it did feel as is if it was pulling harder,as before it was mapped by a company called opensource mapping (265bhp)which was not mapped properly with a couple of problems in the map, just needs going on the rollers now and see if we have hit the 280 mark. and was also kind enough to give me a £100 back to me, which was good of him, seen as it was mapped before by the dodgy people called opensource mapping. he found it had a it had a 2002 map on it and mines a 2003 and there was something else wrong were changes wasnt made for the induction kit, also getting abit of wavy boost on full boost and also thinks the ecu was learning and correcting the fueling.

duncan soon put is magic dust onto it and put it write with his map on it, will say if he sees this message oh and i forgot to get a couple of stickers off you

ive alterd it abit lol, im so tired from last night im falling asleep lol. had it mapped by another firm last year but they could never get it write on the little teething problems so ive got duncan to put his map on it and now its sorted.

I do need to get some more done though as not many left in my box of goodies.


I was still on a high from saturdays oulton park win but on a serious point I dont like to see people having to suffer irritating issues with their pride and joy caused by poor mapping so will always try and help out where I can. Yours is a remarkably well behaved car when running on the ROM from the correct year of car rather than the older bug wrx version which doesnt have the same boost control strategies.
