Am i correct in thinking i have a td04 on my99 impreza uk turbo 2000?
Is the td05 a good bolt on upgrade?
Just trying to weigh up some options any help would be greatfull thanx watties.

yes you are correct ,if your car is std then it will be a td04.You can put a td05 on but it has to be converted to front entry or it wont fit.There are people who sell the front entry covers and they can produce much better midrange than your current unit,also imho it might be worth looking at some of the vf series of turbo's ie: vf23,24,28,28,30,& the popular vf35.Apart from being readily available,will bolt straight on,and produce substantial more power when remapped with a few supporting mods
