Were do i start pal
. I know its a 13 year old car but i was told its mint and had just been detailed
They have it on there website at £31,500.00
Would pay half that Total waste off a day and £200 
1. car is covered in stone chips,scratch's and swirls marks(washed with a brillo pad effect)
2. Bonnet has a 3" scratch thats been filed by a 2 year old
3. Drivers side rear panel has seen paint
4. Tyres on the passenger side are different from drivers side and the makes off the tyres are a mystery to me. Tyres on drivers side are badly worn on the inside too.
5. Rear diff and surrounding area had oil all over it
6. Drivers seat looked like it that done more than 20,000 miles
7. Manifold paint was all cracked and then touch up with red paint(terrible looking)
8. Engine bay was filthy.
9. Passenger wing mirror needs painted(badly scratched)
10. Passenger door looks like its been hit about 6 times with a golf ball
11. Drivers door has a 4" scratch on the bottom half and 4 dents.
12. Underneath is just covered in rust.

It's just a UK special edition the Japs used to get rid of a stock of old bodyshells

13 years or not when paying top price for a FUTURE classic like the 22b you want it right.
Insurers generally say that classic cars are classed as being over 15 years old ,so 2 years away

In 1998 wise up! Its an icon which can be overpriced. Your comment would suggest you cant afford one. Nor can I but I wont slate them.

Yes and no ........
The Bug bodyshell as a starter for a rally ca ris a whole lot better than the classic, even the Retna / 22b.
They got so much right when they moved over to the bugeye............sadly they got so much wrong as well

WRC cars have a 22B in Kings Lynn Classic car auction in a couple of weeks. I know all about WRC cars fellas but it could be very cheap. I'll be there with my bidding card ready.
